Sunshine Coast Snake Catchers 24/7 Tours
- Please read and sign the following terms and conditions to participate in Snake Catching tours on the Sunshine Coast with the Sunshine Coast Snake Catchers 24/7 team
- The person(s) will not interfere with an active snake call in the means of handling any of the reptile(s), interfering with staff’s tasks, answering calls, handling gear or driving vehicles unless instructed otherwise
- On the tours person(s) will not touch, handle, release or make any other means of contact with the reptile(s)* unless call upon by the Director (Stuart)
- At NO stage will participant(s) handle or touch venomous snakes
- Tour participants are responsible for their own ‘PPE’, food and beverage, transport too and from the pick up point*.
– Closed in shoes are compulsory – We highly recommend: Long pants, Hat, Sunglasses, Sunscreen, Long Sleeved Shirt, Water etc – NO Singlets are allowed to be worn our tours - The Sunshine Coast Snake Catchers 24/7 hold the rights to film and photograph participant(s) whilst on tours to use for commercial and in house use. Your private information will not be shared without permission
- Participant(s) are allowed to gather their own footage on the day, but may only post approved content by the Director, or Media Manger of the company
- Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, hand sanitiser will be present during the entirety of the tour. Participant(s) must adhere to social distancing protocols with clients on active snake calls, any other active protocols and laws from the Queensland government, must be adhered to during the tour
- Participants must sign a COVID-19 form on the day of the tour
- The Sunshine Coast Snake Catchers 24/7 is not liable for and damages, losses, injuries, or failure to join the tour that may occur due to factors beyond our control, however the company holds the highest public liability
- Cancellations within 48 hours or failure to show on the day will result in 100% cost forfeiture, Cancellation in 3-5 days will result in a 50% loss of the ticket price and Cancellation or changes in 5+ days notice will result in a $25 fee
- If a cancellation or change occurs on behalf of the company, a full refund or date change will occur free of charge
- Reptiles may be presented to participant(s) by the team for limited handling during the tour, pending snake breed, time and how busy the day presents itself
- Pick up point will be advised by the team via email or phone – pre organised
By agreeing to this document, you agree to The Sunshine Coast Snake Catchers 24/7 holding all media rights to footage taken on the day of participants
By agreeing to this document, you understand your rights and responsibilities whilst on the tour as listed above
If participant(s) is under the age of 18, a parent or guardian must sign the terms and conditions
