TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR MEMBERSHIP!
1. General
1.1 The membership is for snake and all reptile species removal and relocation services provided by ‘The Snake Catcher 24/7’ (the provider).
1.2 Membership includes removal and relocation of all snake species.
1.3 The service period commences on 1st of September 2015, concluding on 31st of May 2016 (the membership period), a period of nine (9) months.
1.4 Memberships purchased during the membership period will be charged at full rate.
1.5 Memberships may be cancelled at anytime within the membership period. Refunds will not be issued for any remaining time.
1.6 There are two levels of membership available:
a) Standard – $99 for unlimited callouts during the membership period.
b) Platinum – $199 including initial consultation, a roof/premises/yard inspection, Snake ID Poster and unlimited callouts during the membership period.
1.7 Payment of membership is to be made in one lump payment, via one the following methods:
a) PayPal – through website checkout www.thesnakecatcher.com.au (preferred);
b) Cash (by request);
c) Cheque made out to Stuart McKenzie (by request);
d) EFT (by request) to

1.8 Priority is given to venomous snake call outs.
1.9 Should the provider be unable to attend a callout they will arrange for another licensed snake catcher to attend. This will be covered by the cost of the membership, however additional charges as outlined below will still apply.
1.10The provider will report the killing, injuring or mistreatment of any snake or animal to the appropriate authorities.
1.11The provider is covered under Public Liability Insurance.
1.12The provider holds a current Damage Mitigation Permit for the Sunshine Coast area and your personal information may be used for the providers 3 month returns/paperwork.
1.13The provider films call outs, which may be used for promotional purposes including but not limited to posting on social media, and the providers website. Please advise if you do not wish for this to occur.
2. Membership Address
2.1 This membership is only valid for one address within the following postcodes 4557, 4558, 4575, 4556, 4564 and 4572. Membership for addresses outside of these areas may be negotiated on a case by cases basis with the provider.
2.2 Addresses are transferrable if you were to move during the membership period. If you move to another Suburb not included in the membership during the membership period, then there may be negotiations with the provider depending on your new address.
2.3 Call outs to separate addresses will incur a callout fee in line with the provider’s standard rates.
3. Additional Charges
3.1 The membership includes call outs between the hours of 7:00am and 7:59pm.
3.2 Call outs between the hours of 8:00pm and 6:59am will incur an after hours charge of $50.
3.3 If the provider is required to enter a roof space to capture the snake an additional charge of $50 will apply.
3.4 Call outs not resulting in a capture/relocation, where visual contact has not been maintained by the occupant of the premises (where reasonable) with the snake, may incur a charge of $50.
3.5 Non capture/relocation of the snake due to interference by the occupants of the premises will result in a charge of $50.
3.6 No charge will be payable for non capture in circumstances beyond the occupants and snake catchers control including but not limited to the snake moving into a wall, plumbing or under concrete or brickwork.
3.7 Members on the standard membership will incur a charge of $100 for a roof/dwelling/yard inspection. Platinum memberships include one (1) roof/dwelling/yard inspection within the membership period, additional inspections will be charged at $100 per inspection.
3.8 Appointments must be made for roof/dwelling/yard inspections.
3.9 Roof/dwelling/yard inspections cancelled with 24 hours of the appointment will incur a late cancellation charge of $50.
