The Sunshine Coast region is home to over 20 species of Snakes, majority of which are venomous. It is important that as a resident of the Sunshine you have a general idea of what snakes are out there and know a little bit about them as well. This brand new Sunshine Coast Snake ID Poster provides that for you. Snake Identification is very important as there are several species that to the untrained eye can look the same. This Snake ID Poster has very clear pictures of each species found on the Sunshine Coast plus some great information about the snakes size, colour, description, how common they are and also whether they are dangerously venomous, venomous, mildly venomous, weakly venomous or non-venomous. A large amount of quality photographs were provided by Steve Wilson for both this Snake ID Poster as well as  pictures on this website. Steve has been working with Reptiles and Photographing reptiles all over the world for the past 40 years! A massive thanks goes out to him for supplying those photographs.
If you wish to purchase a Poster then click on the link below or head to the 'STORE' section of the website. They are also available for purchase at the local Newsagent in the Sunshine Plaza underneath the post office.

Remember that this Poster is for Information Purposes only. If you do not hold the appropriate permit or license to handle or relocate snakes then you should be leaving them alone.
